Hello, the card is possibly REV.2.1, because without J2 and J8 Connector.
But what is the IC Socket upstairs right?
The Original WinTV DVBs is but also on this Homepage for DM 510,-.

Search just for Siemens and then you will find an extension for the
Activity 300. The card looks just like the normal DVB-S. The only
drawback is that it is currently out of stock.
