I removed a usleep in dvbosd.c that appears to be neccesary for larger 
OSD windows. This usleep is also responsible for some video distortions 
during playback.
The missing OSD lines are IMHO a driver/firmware problem. The OSD buffer 
gets corrupted somewhere along its way to the card.
