I believe the picture is wrong.
This is a new card and has been mentioned on www.dvbforum.de already. It is meant as 
an extension to the Activy300 and has no MPEG-Decoder (the Activy actually already 
has MPEG2-Hardware on-board). There is also a link to a PDF with the correct picture:
