Look at the timestamps of the files/directories ;-)

I usually create a new directory every time I switch to a new version of the
driver and name that directory DVB.2001-11-17, for instance. Then I create a
symbolic link named DVB to that directory. That way I can easily switch between
various driver versions. Currently my directories look like this:
