[vdr] Re: dolby pids for pro7, movie1 and cinedom deluxe

Yes, Premiere MOVIE 1 broadcasts all the movies that were on CD DL before in
DD5.1.
Their latest programme reform brought that, but it's still not widely known.
This is what my entry in channels.conf(.cable) looks like:

PREMIERE MOVIE 1:370:h:0:6900:511:512;515:0:1:10
