[vdr] New VideoCD Patch

The latest patches to replay VCDs/SVCDs can be found at:

Compile with 'make VCD=1 [other params...]'

Added features:
- internal bugfixes
- control key functions in (S)VCD play mode:
  (changed Red/Blue to 4/6 as proposed by Andy)
    4:      Skip to previous VCD track
    Green:  Skip 60s back (1)
    Yellow: Skip 60s forward (1)
    6:      Skip to next VCD track
    Up:     Skip to begin of current track
  (1) 60s in measures of CD frames, true only for VCDs
- enabled usability of progress bar
- (S)VCDs are now played continuously, without stopping at the end of
each track
  (Q: should I make this configurable, eg. by config parameter???)
- playback of second audio stream for SVCDs now working, toggle with
Menu->Green
  (@Uwe: I had only a short track for testing, can you please check if
Audio/Video stays in sync after longer replay...?)

Missing:
- still a lot ;-)
