[vdr] New VideoCD Patch Ver.4

The latest patches to replay VCDs/SVCDs can be found at:

Compile with 'make VCD=1 [other params...]'

Added/changed features:
- internal bugfixes
- switching between audio channels on (X)SVCDs now working (?)
  (many thanks to Uwe for providing test streams)
- control key functions in play mode:
  (changed Red/Blue to 4/6 as proposed by Andy)
    4:      Skip to previous VCD track
    Green:  Skip 60s back (1)
    Yellow: Skip 60s forward (1)
    6:      Skip to next VCD track
    5:      Skip to begin of current track
  (1) 60s in measures of CD frames, true only for VCDs
- enabled usability of progress bar
- Red + Left/Right/Up/Dn allows absolute/relative jumping to CD position
- 'Cutting' functionaity can be used to set 'Bookmarks' on (S)VCD
- (S)VCDs are now played continuously, without stopping at the end of
each track

Missing:
- fast/slow forward/backward
- make some meaningful use of information stored in track 1 on CD
- (VCD) eject button
- still a lot ;-)
