[vdr] tiny feature

In normal viewing mode the Left/Right-buttons
are used to select program groups. With this patch
http://home.pages.at/linux/vdr-0.99pre1-back.diff.gz 
now the Back button is used too to toggle between
first and last group.
It can be used as a simple switch between TV and radio stations
assuming that 'channels.conf' is sorted accordingly.
(e.g. most important tv-channels/groups at the beginning
 and important radio-channels/groups at the end of the file)
