Would be a great feature because using H+ for AC3 output and video out might 
always be in A/V sync , not those nasty problems as using the DVBs for video 
and a soundcard for Audio !
Anyway with this all you would need is at least 1 DVBs card and 1 H+ for full 
features - time shifting - ac3 output - replaying while recording ... etc
Just 2 PCI slots !

But AFAIK the H+ OSD has fewer capabilities than the DVBs OSD ! So this would 
lead to completele changing VDRs look  :-(
Or on the other hand do not use H+ OSD Features but make your own on each 
i-Frame ... These two methods were already discussed here 3 or 4 months ago 
...
But afaik nobody did implement anything yet !?
