[vdr] playback of mpg file with ac3 audio

hi list!

is it possible to playback a recording (in my case a dolby
digital trailer.vob) with ac3 sound (and ONLY ac3 not mp3
sound).
what stream does vdr expect to be given? i remuxed the
file and put it in an vdr compliant directory so i can
start it from the recordings menu. vdr is started with
the "-a ac3dec -C" option for ac3 sound (what works quite
well for vdr.s own recordings).
