What about a simple "make reload" in DVB/driver ? It's there - believe me!

Start Samba and use the webinterface - should be on port 901.
Create a share - set the options in the webinterface - got to the status page and restart nmbd and smbd.

MediaPlayer can't use PES-streams from VDR. But there's a plug-in from www.elecard.com

Yes, there's obviously lack of a up2date documentation including the big patches ...
