Maybe the directory name is too long for Windows?
Perhaps Windows can only handle directory names up to 80 characters?
You could try renaming
A_Man_You_Don#27t_Meet_Every_Day#3A_Jude_meets_a_face_from_the_past_and_hears_some_news_she_wasn#27t_expecting._W#2FS
to
A_Man_You_Don#27t_Meet_Every_Day#3A_Jude_meets_a_face_from_the_past_and_hears
If it works then, I could add another Windows workaround into the VFAT=1 case
and make sure no directory name exceeds 80 characters.
