[vdr] Re: Q: anything else than Suse?
Hi,
well, Open Source does not necessarely mean that you are allowed to copy
everything. E.g. Theo de Raadt does not allow copies of the OpenBSD ISO
CDs, which he's selling through various channels, to be freely distributed
- he copyrighted the layout. Nevertheless you can do FTP and NFS installs
of OpenBSD.
Now, in this case it doesn't seem to be that way - at least the link does
not support any copyright violations if you copy a SuSE CD.
Maybe that's GPL vs. BSD license.
