[vdr] Re: Lirc and USB ?

Don't think that there is a native USB-IR device which is supported by
LIRC ... Anyhow .. just get a USB-SERIAL or USB-PARALLEL Interface /
converter .. and your problem is solved ... (check the linux-usb compat
list before !!!)

Hi list,

I am thinking about buying a new mainboard from ABIT; the IT7 MAX, a
really,
really superb board,
but there is one thing left:

This board has nor serial neither parallel ports !!

Does anybody know if it is possibe to use lirc with USB ??
