[vdr] Re: Recordings aren't shown in vdr

Hi,

Please post the name of the two Directories above of your record files.
To have them back in your recordinglist, you must rename the directory
of the recordings. The VFAT Option in VDR (if enabled) use another
Directory format, which is kompatibel to Samba/Windows.
For example a no VFAT Directory:

/video/Tigerland/2002-07-05:01:28.50.50.rec

And now the same with VFAT:

/video/Tigerland/2002-07-05.01.28.50.50.rec

VDR looks everytime for his incompiled Format. If itīs changed, itīs
able to find its records...

Subject: [vdr] Recordings aren't shown in vdr

Hi

I made some recordings last week. Unfortunately i can't replay the
video's this week. They are not shown in the recordingslist, but they
are still on disk :

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 192 Jul 5 17:20 .
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 96 Jun 29 13:11 ..
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2097242080 Jun 29 13:16 001.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1943286861 Jun 29 13:20 002.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1943800 Jul 5 17:23 index.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4 Jun 29 13:20 resume.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 535 Jun 29 13:11 summary.vdr

(I run vdr as root)

Can anybody gimme a hint how to tell vdr to use this directory again and
show the movie ?

Many thanx so far

Bernhard
