[vdr] Teletext without vdr

Hello,

when I connect an ordinary settop box to my TV I am able to
display teletext with the builtin TV decoder. When I try this with
vdr I only get the message "No Teletext available".

My channel.conf looks like this:
Das Erste:11837:h:0:27500:101:102:104:0:28106
ZDF:11954:h:0:27500:110:120:130:0:28006
...
