Hi,
not really, as far as I see. The "104" for ARD
and "130" for ZDF are o.k.

But you have to use a DVB driver from 20020430 or
before. With every version after that date, Teletext
seems to be disabled as soon as vdr starts. 
(See other and my postings e.g. from July 3rd) 

If someone knows, what exacty changed and why...

and that's the problem.
In order to receieve teletext, you must configure teletext PIDs.
Your above entries only contain a 0 where the teletext PID
should be.
