[vdr] Perfect remote control?

Hello list,
 
I just sold my old DVD-Player because it is not needed anymore. Ad with
my DVD-Player the remote control used for the vdr is gone too. No my
question. Which remote control do you people use? Is there a (nearly)
perfect remote control for the vdr?  I tried several TV-RCs but none was
good enough.
If you got one, please tell me where I can get it and how expensive it
is.
