[vdr] Prefer Channel Menu Plugin version 0.0.3

Hi list,
New features for this plugin :
You can now choose the color you want ( including transparencies )
You now choose prefered channels from the menu pressing green to add a 
new one, pressing yellow to remove the selected channel.
And now, the patched VDR does not crash if the plugin is not loaded and 
if you press Red. (great no ?)
