[vdr] DVD plugin for VDR developer version 1.1.9

Hi,

Version 0.0.9 of the DVD plugin for the new VDR version 1.1.9 is now available 
at: http://warp10.net/dvd/plugin-devel/dvd-0.0.9.tar.bz2

The plugin requires a slightly modified version of libdvdnav which can also be 
found there (http://warp10.net/dvd/plugin-devel/libdvdnav-as-0.0.4.tar.bz2).

There have been lots of changes between the last officialy released DVD plugin 
and this version. Still, some limitations and problems remain:

- menu highlight sometimes show not up immediatly
- AC3overDVB is not enabled
- subtitles are not show'n currently

Only very limited testing has been carried out, but it appears to be quite 
stable.
