Which X-Resoltution do you use? I have an Shakira Video with 288 and it 
won't be displayed Fullscreen.

Yes it is ...
In an Manual of an other TV-Card i've found these NTSC Resolutions:
704x480
640x480
480x480
352x480
352x240

Another Difference:
PAL uses 25 frames per second
NTSC uses 29.97 or 30 frames per second
