I have just put one channel of S13E and got:

card 1!
Oct  8 00:05:11 localhost vdr[28864]: retrying
Oct  8 00:05:14 localhost vdr[28864]: ERROR: channel 9 not locked on DVB
card 1!
Oct  8 00:05:14 localhost vdr[28864]: retrying
Oct  8 00:05:18 localhost vdr[28864]: ERROR: channel 9 not locked on DVB
card 1!
Oct  8 00:05:18 localhost vdr[28864]: retrying

But I'll try with other ones, and of course it's Telecome 2C...
