If the configuration basically works and you have some tuning problems,
try to add more re-transmissions, e.g.
S19.2E  11700 V  9750 [E0 10 38 F0] W15 [E1 10 38 F0] W15 [E1 10 38 F0] W15 [E1 10 38 F0]
...

To speed up tuning, you could reduce the delay:
S19.2E  11700 V  9750 [E0 10 38 F0] W5 [E1 10 38 F0] W5 [E1 10 38 F0] W5 [E1 10 38 F0]
...
