Ok. What would explain that the C versions are so hard to find? Anyone
know a supplier in Finland/Europe that actually has them in stock?

In Finland we actually do get a few new channels. Nothing particularly
interesting, and we won't get rid of analog cable TV just yet.
The alternative for us (if we want to record using a computer) is to throw
a lot more money at the problem to get some serious grunt that can encode
normal analog grabbed TV to MPEG or DivX, and that's a more expensive
solution that getting a DVB card and using the current home built media
machine for the task.
