[vdr] circular dependency during driver insmod

during dvb-driver insmod I got

Circular /usr/src/linux-2.4.19.SuSE/include/asm/processor.h <- 
/usr/src/linux-2.4.19.SuSE/include/linux/list.h dependency dropped

but driver is loading and vdr is successfully running
is this anything i have to worry about ???
(vdr-1.1.20, suse 8.1)
