PrimaryDVB was 2.. it's now 1 - otherwise VDR of course complained that there 
was no primary device...  In fact I just tried it back to 2, and when the sky 
plugin is loaded , vdr 1.1.20 now just segfaults.

I had a look in Setup/CICAM (somewhere I've never looked before) and 
everything is set 'Free To Air' ... I tried setting one of each of the 4 
options in turn to 'Sky Digital' (CA 301) and restarting VDR but it made no 
difference - still no access to /dev/video2 :/
