[vdr] CAM status in VDR 1.1.22

I have put together a text file that lists the steps one should take
if a CAM doesn't work with VDR 1.1.22, in order to help us find out
where the problems are. The file can be found at

  ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/vdr/Developer/cams.txt

Please go through the steps listed there and send me a line like
the ones at the bottom of that file, so I can see which CAMs are
working and which cause problems.
