[vdr] Suggestion on LNBs and DiSEq

Anticipating the coming spring I'm thinking os buying a larger disc
to be able to see S19.2E, S13E, S5E and S1W satellites.
Would some expert advice which is better:
a) 4 single LNB's and 4 channel switch
b) 2 dual LNB's and 2 channel switch
