[vdr] Prefermenu Plugin.

Hi,

i managed the Prefermenu Plugin ( by Maxime GUILBOT and Olivier
JACQUES ) to work with the latest vdr release, i have fixed
something and i have splitted the code into multiple files.

Who are interested to continue the work on this little and useful plugin
?

Do you think it has to use the channel-ID to store prefered channels
instead of channel number ?

If someone wants the code, ask me.
