Yes, I have such a system for about 8 months now with a elitegroup k7sem
(sis730).
My boottime is 15s with dvb, lirc, lcdproc and vdr 1.0.4 . Faster booting is
possible with better init scripts.
I now have a second board for experiments, but no time ;-).
