[vdr] converter coax <-> optical spdif out

hi all!

as there are many mails about the high voltage levels of the coax digital
out on J2 on dvbs 1.3 cards i thought about making a (cheap) converter to
optical digital out.

i know there are sources for that but can.t find them any more....

any hints (urls) ????
