[vdr] Technisat Skystar 1 (data only)

Hello!

I have an old Technisat Skystar 1 which was delivered by my old isp (strato)
It seems that it can be used in vdr as full featured card  when there is a second ram chip
installed. the sound can be taken from the j2 to spdif of my
soundcard. Does anyone know where i can get the missing chip (on my it
is a Siemens HYB3118165BST-60) - best would be german seller.
