[vdr] How to controll a VDR out of a WINDOWS-Machine

Hello

is there a way to steering a vdr over a Network out of a windows-Machine ?

Here i use a VDR and a other LINUX-Machine with a IR-Reciever i also have a short
script wich recieves the commands from the LIRC and connect via telnet to the VDR
Machine - this solution works very well.

Now i want to ask if such a short software also exists for a WINDOWS PC ? 

- IR-REciever also works within windows
- Windows also can connect to VDR via Telnet

If anyone have a Idea - please send me a Mail.
