If the video data stream is broken, there's pretty little VDR can do
about that. So far the most reliable way of recovering from such a
situation has always been to reload the driver. However, reloading
the driver means that _all_ DVB cards have to be released and
thus VDR must completely shutdown and start all over again.
BTW: please don't start a new thread as a response to an existing posting.
This makes proper message handling pretty hard...
