YES , it works (seems to be that java 1.4.1 isn't good for ds.jar ;-)

so i grab the vdr2dvd.pl and just alterted the syntax for starting  
ds.jar , and it works , nice ..

even mplex works :-)

so i will try to alter the complete vdr2dvd.pl to match my MacOS X File  
and Folder Positions ...
