[vdr] delete record bug vdr-1.1.28

hi klaus,

i have a reproducible bug in vdr-1.1.28. i can not delete all of the 
recordings. when i delete the last recording vdr jumps to the new live 
pause function and the recording is not deleted. the same recording can be 
deleted when it is not the last remaining recording in the recording list. 
so this behavior is reproducible for the last remaining recording.

someone noticed this bug too?
