Actually, I couldn't open the "authoritative" page, so I used the codes from
www.w3.org. If there is extra abbreviation it doesn't break anything, but it
would of course be nice to get the codes 100% correct at some point. So, I'm
not sure about the "sve", it was copied from www.w3.org.
