Ok, i promise to actually check the code before posting in the future. 
Neverthless, i have to say that i do not like the way this particular piece 
of functionalitly is done.

A dedicated "tune to transponder only" would IMHO be a cleaner interface and 
much needed interface for a channel scanner.
