Use a newer version of VDR - you must be using 1.1.30 or close to it - Klaus 
removed these functions, unaware they were being used by plugins... 
1.2.0-pre1 will have the functions in again, and whilst the dxr3 plugin won't 
compile directly, please see this patch:
