Hi,

I saw the same behaivor with former vdr/driver combination due
to incorrect compiling of vdr and/or driver. In that cases I
recognized that in the plugin setup there was a mismatch with
the OSD height and width settings.

My solution was to either set the correct settings - but this 
was gone after restart  - or, even better, doing again 'make
plugins'. Maybe this help you guys, although I didn't test the 
vdr/driver combination you are refering to.
