[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] VDR and Dxr3 HOWTO

Hi :)

Just thought I'd let you know that the first version of my VDR+Dxr3 document 
is now available.

I'm no coder or artist, so this is the most useful way I could think of 
putting something back into VDR...

I've probably missed something important out, so I'd appreciate it if those 
with knowledge of this setup could proof read it :)
