There exists thing called 'frequency plan' which defines transponder
frequencyes and transpondernumbers for each satellite/group of,
example below for hotbird 3

I was wonderin if this info could be used as a seed for scan,
and then get all the other info directly from satellite.

Another plan is for Astra.
