Well, there...done.. heh
Correct me if i'm wrong but sending all that data over the PCI bus
doesn't look such a 
good solution. Second : Matrox is rather the exception in delivering
very good TV-out
performance so that limits the choice alot.

At last, for those with limited PCI slots..bummer.

ps. You really need a video card with a  DVI connector if you want to
use RGB.
Otherwise it's plain video or s-vhs.
