There is now a new firmware version (2619) in the DVB CVS which
appears to work a lot better with CiMAX 2.0 chips.

Those who had to use the -icam firmware so far because they had
frequent "ERROR: CAM: Read failed: slot 0, tcid 1" errors with
the "link layer" firmware should please get the latest version from
the DVB CVS and try that one.

Please make sure you either do a 'make clean' before making the
new driver, or just delete the file DVB/driver/av7110/av7110_firm.h
after copying the new Root and Dpram files into that directory.

If you still get the above error, please let me know.
