I think it is a problem with DVB drivers because the Metzler Bros.
driver (1.1.6b) seems to not have this problem. My NOVA-T card is
Grundig 29504-401 based if it matters.

I should have tried this earlier because I removed and downgraded quite
a lot of things when trying to find out the change :^)
