[vdr] Mandrake and vdr-installer

OK,
since I'm not able to run vdr on my a7v8x-x with Suse, I'm using
Mandrake 9.1.
To install vdr I use the install-script from www.vdrportal.de.
I prefer to install vdr with /etc/init.d/startvdr - but if I choose this
option, I have several errors due to differences in scripts between
Mandrake and Suse.
OK, via inittab vdr runs very well, but I would like to switch back to
start/stop vdr with scripts.
Has anybody rewritten the scripts from Suse to Mandrake? Could you post
them via PM?
