[vdr] PILOT plugin 0.0.3b available

Hello all,

Here is a minor release of the PILOT plugin with mainly bug fixes.

2003-06-30: Version 0.0.3b
  - Fixed several DXR3's color (thanks to Frank Scherthan for reporting 
    this). Needs testing.
  - Fixed a continuus channel switching bug when using Ch+/Ch- keys
    (reported by Christian Jacobsen).
