[vdr] [UPDATE] MiniVDR inside Kathrein Case (vdr-kathreinlcd)

Hello list,

I've updated the project page 
http://www.magoa.net/linux/index.php?view=kathrein - new features are:

- Replaced etherboot with pxelinux, starts faster and is easier to handle
- Shrunk network-rootfs (mounted via NFS) to ~10MB using busybox and a 
system without authentication.

On my EPIA800, it now takes exactly 30 seconds from switch-on to 
picture-on-tv :-)
