Could someone explain to a stupid little person (me ;-) what this patch
does? Is there somewhere out there in the deep space internet a README
available. I did not find one.

Is it with this patch possible to drive more than one card on one single
LNB to receive more than one transponder? Even on more than one band
(high, low)? and even in different polarisation (hor, vert)?
