I'm sorry for not beeing clear on this. The driver/firmware I had problems
with was the DVB with -icam firmvare. The driver which works great for me is
the dvb-kernel with normal firmware (Have not tested the DVB branch in a
long time, but I can do a test revert, and report any problems, if any).

My problems now, is user-space software (mythtv), the driver is rock stable!
